Certifications provided by ROOFAMMO for insurance compliance (5-Year Shingle Extensions) are based on a non-invasive physical inspection of shingle pliability, granule retention, and seal integrity at the time of service. These certifications are not an insurance policy against future weather events, nor do they guarantee the performance of the roof system beyond the certified 5-year estimate of remaining useful life.
